Rabbit Breeds & Info

Holland Lops

The Holland Lop is recognized by the ARBA. The breed got its start in the 1950s in Netherlands. A Dutch breeder Adriann de Cock combined the qualities of a French Lop and a Netherland Dwarf Rabbit. The Holland Lop is a dwarf rabbit, so it matures around 4 lbs. once fully grown. Their stocky body and fluffy round head make these bunnies cute, but it’s their floppy ears that make this breed extra lovable. These bunnies have personalities similar to a dog and will actively seek attention!

American Fuzzy Lops

The American Fuzzy Lop is recognized by the ARBA.  They are similar to the Holland Lop, but they have a wool coat. Like the Holland Lop, they remain relatively small and mature around 4lbs. The first American Fuzzy Lop breeders, include Patty Greene-Karl and Gary Fellers of the East Coast and Kim Landry and Margaret Miller of the West Coast. This breed is exceptionally active, social, and friendly. They make great pets, and our lines come from top breeders within the US, so you could easily show them if desired.

Mini Plush Lops

The Mini Plush Lop is a smaller version of the Plush Lop rabbit. They are generally between 3-6lbs at maturity, but it's their coat that sets them apart from other breeds. They have a short, dense & lustrous coat that feels silky and is considered hypoallergenic.

They are considered a rare breed. We are very excited to be working with imported, pedigreed lines.
